In this session David will share strategies and theories of change used to digitize governments from around the world. The session will culminate with participants learning and using a simple tool – adopted by several multiple governments – to help formulate their own transformation strategy. David is a Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School where he teaches on governments and technology.
