Most major cities in Canada, and around the world have a group of highly engaged citizens who are passionate about building better civic technology. Code for Canada connects all the Canadian civic tech groups through a community network and has a playbook for government innovators to find ways to meaningfully engage these passionate citizens to help make government more ‘by the people’.
