Christiane Coda is a business and technology advisor. As a Digital Advisor at Microsoft, she inspires organizations to reimagine and digitalize their business models. Using design thinking, Christiane help customers reevaluate their business models, identify their personas, develop and prioritize scenarios that are mapped to capabilities and technologies enabling digital transformation.
She works with her customers to build digital transformation roadmaps that include assembling design and delivery teams, detailed delivery phases, associated timelines and mechanisms to measure progress towards goals.
