Domenica Maciocia leads a team of service professionals supporting the mission critical services of Canada’s Fortune 500 firms.
Ms. Maciocia has over 25 years of experience championing a succession of performance enhancing client experience solutions. Her focus on strategic simplification, applied innovation and best-in-class engagement delivers lasting benefits for clients, employees, partners and shareholders. She has held executive roles in a range of customer-facing teams in residential and business markets. She was promoted to Senior VP, Client Services & Sales Operations for Bell Business Markets in 2016.
Ms. Maciocia holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University. Recognized with numerous awards and honours this includes the Leadership Foundation Fellowship of the International Women’s Forum (Harvard /INSEAD). She participated in the Rotman School of Management – Judy Project, a leading executive program for women in Canada.
Outside of her responsibilities at Bell, Ms. Maciocia serves as a board member for the “La Fondation Jeunes en Tête”, an organization dedicated to the well-being and mental health of young people. She was appointed to the board of The Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal in 2017.
