With over 20 years of experience in forming cross-sector strategic partnerships, Iris’s specialty lies in instigating and executing business cooperation between governments, the private sector, and non-profit organizations. As Director of HAC – Herzliya Accelerator Center, Iris led the recruitment of startups and facilitated business development opportunities among the local and international arena, resulting in a substantial growth in the total funding, resources, established partnerships with large corporations, and number of active POC’s. Iris additionally formed CEO.il – a platform enabling hi-tech CEO’s to benefit from one another’s experience and knowledge. Currently, Iris is the Director of Innovation Development at the Kfar Saba Economic Development Company as she leads Israel’s first Circular Economy Accelerator while managing pilot implementation platforms to enhance innovation of the city.
