Silvano joined the CRA in the fall of 2014, having spent the previous decade and a half at Employment and Social Development Canada. His team builds and manages the Agency’s public facing digital services; everything from helping Canadians establish their digital ID to enabling them to receive their correspondence in secure digital portals. Silvano earned a Diplôme d’études supérieures in international relations from the Institut universitaire de hautes études internationales in Geneva as well as a BA from the University of Ottawa.
However, Silvano’s proudest accomplishment is riding his bike to work, in Ottawa, all four seasons!
