Trevor is an expert in leading and implementing change management activities in enterprise-wide technology projects. He has combined his passion and expertise with creativity and design principles, to develop and deliver award winning awareness, training, and engagement products that address resistances and build buy-in for your projects.

Before embarking on his change career, he was an IM professional with over 25 years experience in Canadian federal government IM programs, where he developed specific expertise in the realities and practicalities of leading change management within IM initiatives. Trevor is the recipient of the Ted Ferrier Award for his significant amount of professional and personal time, energy, and resources contributed to the IM community.

Trevor is Director of Marketing at ARMA Canada, part of ARMA International. ARMA International is a community of professionals in the information management and information governance industry.
