Vivian joined TBS OCIO in August 2019 as part of the Enterprise Strategic Planning area, where she works to develop policy, advocate for the use of Open Source and collaboration in Government, and assessing projects submitted to Treasury Board for their alignment with the Digital Standards and Architecture.

Prior to joining TBS she worked at Transport Canada as a Technical Lead focused on Project Recovery helping champion Agile, DevOps and modern technologies and designs in systems from simple business line systems to the departments first AI Pilot Project. Finally before this she worked at ESDC in support of testing as a developer focused on Automation.

Ms. Nobrega holds a Diploma from Algonquin College, and has been a free-lance developer since she was eleven years old.
